Lumena Achieves over 200% Growth in 2024, Expands Into New Frontiers in 2025
Lumena, a leader in cognitive performance training, closed 2024 with a record-breaking milestone: over 200% year-over-year growth. This success was driven by the company’s sales across the U.S. Air Force, including Lumena’s first command-wide contract with the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command. The contract ensures MindGym is now available at all eight Air Force Global Strike Command bases, solidifying Lumena’s position as a trusted partner in mentally preparing our warfighters for the challenges of tomorrow.
MindGym has earned widespread praise from customers, including military personnel and program leaders, for its measurable impact on resilience, focus, and stress management. Users consistently highlight the program’s ability to foster mental clarity and elevate performance under pressure, reinforcing its value as a mission-critical tool.
As Lumena sets its sights on 2025, the company is gearing up for major expansions:
- Breaking into the Navy: MindGym will make its debut at the 2025 Sea, Air, and Space Conference – presenting our solution in support of the Warrior Toughness program.
- Introducing MindGym to Commercial Aviation: At the World Aviation Training Summit (WATS) 2025, Lumena will showcase how its innovative solutions enhance safety and resilience for flight crews.
- Advancing research and innovation: Lumena completed its Phase I Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) study in 2024 and is preparing to apply for Phase II. This next phase will integrate AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to further personalize interventions and optimize the technology’s impact.
