Scott McCormick
Scott McCormick is a born creative who began his career as a pianist in Chicago. He’s performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, written/scored for ESPN and Disney, and led and performed in internationally-touring bands. In 2011, he began a new career — starting his company, McCormick Photos & Design. In 2016, McCormick won IBMA’s “Best Graphic Designer” for Infamous Stringdusters’ album “Ladies and Gentlemen.”
As the Creative Director for Lumena, Scott scripts and orchestrates our entire library of sessions in the MindGym. He uses consultative research and expert guidance from researchers and psychologists to carefully craft sessions to meet intentional goals for each user. His background in music, lighting and sound technology, and his exploration into mindfulness make him uniquely fit in his role.
Outside of work, Scott is always working on a creative endeavor, like photography. When he’s not creating, he finds much joy spending time with his beautiful daughter Finn. They love to adventure outside in Colorado and watch the world through the lens of a 7 year old.
